Copyright & Usage Rights
The sole copyright is retained by Carrie Oh Photography.
Carrie Oh Photography is allowed to use the photographs taken during the photo shoot for her own promotional purposes and on social media channels, websites, as well as for advertising purposes.
The provided photographs may be used by the client indefinitely and in their original form, provided that proper image credits are given.
When publishing the photographs on social media channels or websites, a visible copyright notice (image credit) is required:
Instagram Feed-Post & Reel: tag in the caption and on the image / reel (carrie.oh.photography)
Instagram Story: mention in the story - tag doesn’t need to be visible (carrie.oh.photography)
Website (imprint / end of page): Photos - Carrie Oh Photography (www.carrieoh.com)
