My Passion
I love photography because it allows me to capture and share the beauty of the world around me, especially the connection between humans and nature. Photography offers me the chance to showcase the variety of landscapes and unique moments I encounter.
Through my work, I can express my passion for the outdoors, natural lighting and the diversity of people and individual styles. Moreover, photography gives me the opportunity to explore beautiful locations and meet inspiring individuals, creating authentic images that capture the essence of the moment, preserve unique scenes and highlight them in stunning settings.
I find inspiration in the natural beauty of my surroundings, particularly the diverse landscapes of the Algarve. The ever-changing coastal scenery, the play of light and shadow, and the dynamic energy of the ocean all fuel my creativity. Additionally, the people I meet and the stories they share often spark new ideas and perspectives for my work.
My Journey
My photography journey started with analog photography in 2013, capturing private travels on film, where I spent a lot of time experimenting, learning to capture the right moments, and developing my skills. My passion for photography grew, and the urge for change intensified.
In 2019, I left my job as a radio host in Germany to pursue my dream of living by the sea and becoming a photographer. I traded the microphone for my first Sony camera and accepted a job offer as a photographer at a surf camp in France. I spent the summer on the French Atlantic coast and the winter in Morocco, learning a lot about photography through "learning by doing" and discovering my passion for people, lifestyle and outdoor photography. In 2021, I moved to the Algarve, where I've since been working as a lifestyle and brand photographer, and I’m incredibly grateful to be able to pursue my passion in Portugal's breathtaking nature.
